The irradiation resistant coaxial cable has been successfully developed and delivered

On June 6, 2018,after several months of samples from customers, the radiation resistant coaxial cable developed by the company was officially delivered to a domestic aerospace customer.

The cable adopts silver plated copper conductor and radiation resistant material as the medium and sheath material, which can meet the requirements of many demanding products in the aerospace environment.

As we all know, the radiation resistant material and mechanical properties are greatly improved compared with PTFE, FEP, PFA and other fluoroplastics, with strong tear resistance, high tensile strength, medium hardness, excellent impact resistance and long expansion life. Moreover, the material is a stable and good dielectric material, with high insulation strength and dielectric constant of 2.6. The material can be used for a long time in the range of - 65 ° C to + 150 ° C. It is still very hard at ultra-low temperature, and its embrittlement temperature is as low as - 100. C. The X-ETFE, which has been irradiated and crosslinked, can be used at a temperature of 200 ° C, meeting the requirements of aerospace, satellite, missile and other high-end special wires and cables.
